Things to Remember

If you plan on replacing a kitchen floor make sure the work order specifies everything. Including whether the existing layers of vinyl should be removed. It is really annoying when the installer comes and they disagree with what you were told by the estimator, there is no documentation, and they want to charge additional $$$.
