I have not yet read the Twilight series yet (not sure if I will either). The Twilight series features vampires, and it seems like there are hordes of zombies who have been seduced by it. Given my research into cults, I found this Touchstone article on Mormon Vampires in the Garden of Eden to be rather informative.

Even though we are no longer in Ithaca, I was able to take Camille out to see a showing of the Banff Mountain Film Festival. Contrasted to when COE shows it, the National Geographic center has a five day event in DC. We picked the Wednesday night showing mostly for time constraints, and were not disappointed. I did not win anything this year, but I made sure to wear my Dunham boots that I won last year, just for good luck. The Collective once again had a high energy film (teaser) like last year (teaser), and it was shown in it’s entirety instead of the standard short version for the tour. If you like mountain biking, check it out. The other films were equally cool, but I could not find links to videos for them.
