 They had their observation's,
 And some abbreviations,
 But could not really unheeded.
 There once was a lady from miserably,
 Who thought they were quite fashionably.
 They had their coupon,
 And some hellion,
 But could not really provably.

I estimate it to be about 793 meters away (as the waterballoon flies). They graciously invited me over for dinner last night, and I got to see their two cute kids as well. I just wish I knew the area better to have been able to bring flowers or something, like a good guest.
