Mother Russia

I finally took some time to take pictures of the sketches I made while I was in Volgograd, Russia from 1996-1997. That is how I relaxed from a stressful environment when I did not have my parent’s dock to sit on. They transferred just ok, but I thought some of you might enjoy them. You can compare some of them to photos of the actual monuments in that folder as well. All done with a mechanical pencil on acid-free paper.
